Stormi Exchange Policy (7 Days)

We offer a 7-day exchange policy, meaning you can request a replacement within 7 days of receiving your item.

1️⃣ Easy Returns & Exchanges – You can exchange or return items within 7 days via our online channels.

2️⃣ Order Changes & Cancellations – Orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed. If absolutely necessary, email stormibkk@gmail.com, and we’ll review your request case-by-case. Expect a response within 3 business days.

3️⃣ Size Matters! – Please double-check your size before ordering. We do not accept exchanges for incorrect size choices. Size exchanges are only allowed if we send the wrong size.

4️⃣ Wrong Item or Defective Product? – If we send the wrong item or a defective product, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving the item, and it must be unworn and unwashed.

5️⃣ Proof of Claim – Please record a video when opening the package as proof for any claims.

6️⃣ Policy Updates – We reserve the right to update our exchange policy without prior notice.
